I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town and close to all the main attractions. I loved how comfortable the room was, with a huge bed that provided a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel secure and safe throughout my stay. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste, and I especially enjoyed the personalized dishes prepared by the cook.

The staff at Doubletree By Hilton went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They surprised me with warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in, which were a delightful treat. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of town, close to all the main attractions. The newly refurbished embankment was just a short walk away, providing a lovely area for leisurely strolls. The restaurant served excellent food, with a diverse menu and a great wine list.

The central climate control system was not ideal. While it was set to cool the temperature down during the summer, it didn't adjust properly for the colder nights, resulting in a room temperature that was too chilly.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the comfy and tidy rooms, which were cleaned every day. The breakfast had a good variety and quality of food, and the coffee was top-notch. The hotel also had a great location; it was easy to find and close to all the attractions I wanted to visit.

The hotel did not offer a dental kit, which I needed during my stay. the TV channels were limited and didn't have much variety.
