The hotel's location, just next to Red Square in the center of Moscow, was fantastic. We were able to walk to all the major attractions like the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, assisting with restaurant and theatre reservations and giving great recommendations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

As bike riders, we loved the hotel's perfect location near the Kremlin and Red Square, with a great shopping mall within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel's interior, including the restaurants, rooms , lobby, and bar. The food was excellent, making our stay just perfect.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offers delicious room service food and a variety of facilities for guests to enjoy, such as a spa, gym, and pool.

The hotel offered impressive security and service, which made us feel safe and well-cared for during our city break. the location was unbeatable, with close proximity to both historic landmarks and fine dining options. One of the best aspects was the modern and stylish decor in the rooms, which created a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere.

We experienced some issues such as scratched mirrors and unprofessional vallet service. Despite its convenient location, it was difficult to access the hotel during peak times due to restrictions, which hindered our overall experience.

A truly luxurious experience at this hotel with exclusive amenities. the service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff always on hand. the Spa and wellness centre was fantastic, offering a wide range of treatments and top, notch facilities. the indoor swimming pool was a particular highlight, and the sauna added to the overall relaxation. the buffet breakfast was outstanding and the on, site restaurant served delicious food.

The only minor downside was the lack of an outdoor swimming pool. this did not detract from the overall experience at this hotel.

It was truly awe-inspiring to wake up to the sight of the Kremlin and Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. The location was also unbeatable, with iconic landmarks like the Kremlin and Red Square just a short walk away. The amenities and bedroom were outstanding, and the service provided by the young and caring staff was beyond compare. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a slow internet connection and limited breakfast options, the overall experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable stay in Moscow. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Poor room cleaning service, as our room was not attended to during the specified time. No assistance with luggage upon arrival, had to carry it up the stairs on my own.
