The value for money was incredible! The room was stunning, with lots of light, space for yoga, and a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring and the staff were helpful and friendly.

My husband and I had the best hotel experience during our honeymoon at Four Seasons. The concierge staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with a pocket WiFi and even an invitation letter for our visa application. They also booked restaurants and tours for us. The SinToHo restaurant in the hotel was amazing, and the chef, Hawan Jung, made our dining experience unforgettable. We also upgraded to a room with a terrace overlooking St Isaac’s Cathedral, offering breathtaking views. the staff were polite and accommodating, and the hotel's unique location provided easy access to tourist attractions.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and well taken care of. the location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was centrally located and close to key landmarks and attractions. the hotel facilities were top-notch. the spa was particularly impressive, offering a range of services and amenities.

There were a couple of instances where my wife needed assistance with a stroller and the staff did not offer to help. It would have been appreciated, especially considering her hand was in a cast.
