The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. Great location in the center of Moscow, with easy access to metro stations and train station. Plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Spacious rooms with good amenities like free Wi-fi, coffee/tea machine, and sufficient towels. Excellent cleanliness and daily room service.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from two metro stations. This makes it convenient for exploring the city and easy to get to and from the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, with well-equipped bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast, while basic, offers a good selection of food and drinks. The hotel also has great facilities, including free Wi-Fi and a lift.

The hotel could benefit from improving the sound insulation to reduce noise from the street.

We were delighted with the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near Belorussky Station, making it easy for us to catch the train to Sheremetyevo Airport. Additionally, it was only a short and safe 30-minute walk to popular attractions like the Kremlin and Red Square. The hotel's local décor added a unique touch and the rooms were kept clean and tidy. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, we found the overall stay at Gentalion Hotel to be enjoyable and would consider staying again due to its great location and reasonable price. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Located just a short walk from the train station, this hotel had a great location for exploring the city. the spacious rooms were equipped with air conditioning and minibars, making it perfect for a city break. the breakfast offered a great range of options, ensuring that there was something for everyone.

Despite the great location, there were a few issues with the hotel. the staff seemed a bit understaffed, which led to some longer wait times at the reception.
