We had an excellent stay at a conveniently located hotel with a stunning view of the river. Our room was cozy and clean, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel welcome. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a leisure or business trip.

The breakfast was decent and the staff at breakfast was friendly. the room was clean and comfortable. the hotel was located in a central area and had a great river view. the nearby supermarkets were an added advantage.

The beds were so uncomfortable that they gave me body pain. the bed also had some broken parts which were not fixed despite informing the hotel staff.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, just by the Lomonosov bridge on the opposite side of the river to the nearest subway station. It was also close to all the main sightseeing points in the city center. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony, sitting area, in-room safe, and a comfortable desk to work at. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service and making us feel right at home. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator, which were all great bonuses.

We highly recommend this place to our friends and family.
