The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke English fluently, which was a great help for non-Russian speaking tourists like myself. The breakfast had a decent spread of choices and included real espresso, which was a vital part of my morning routine. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return if I ever visit the city again.

I was able to easily visit Palace Square and the Hermitage Museum, both within walking distance. The hotel itself is very classy, with artistic decoration that adds a touch of elegance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had perfect beds for a good night's sleep. The free WiFi worked flawlessly, even on the top floor. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They happily arranged a take-away breakfast for my early flight to London and even printed my boarding pass. The breakfast in the Georgian restaurant downstairs was a delightful experience, with tasty coffee and the best Russian honey. For the price, this hotel was the best choice in Saint Petersburg, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Fully recommended.
