We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a beautiful glass roofed patio for breakfast. The variety of food and the service were outstanding! Our room was spacious and quiet, and though it may have been a bit old, it had everything we needed. The hotel was also kid-friendly, making it a great choice for families. The view from our window was interesting and the lobby and restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere. The staff even invited us to visit their spa facility, which we didn't get a chance to try. we had a pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Emerald.

During my recent stay at a hotel in St Petersburg, I was delighted to find that the location was perfect for exploring the city's sights. The hotel was just a short 10-minute walk from the main train station, which was convenient for me as I arrived on the Sapsan train from Moscow. I was also pleased to discover that the hotel was situated on a street close to the famous Nevsky Prospekt, making it easy for me to explore the main area. Additionally, the hotel was located near the Mayakovskaya metro station, which was a great bonus for getting around the city.

The check-in process, although not perfect, was acceptable. While not all the staff spoke fluent English, I found the overall experience to be satisfactory.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Emerald in Saint Petersburg for a few nights during a business trip. The room was spacious and had a great view.
