great stay in saint petersburg, Grand Hotel Tchaikovsky exceeded my expectations. spacious room, friendly staff, and excellent location near metro. everything was perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked it for a special event and were worried about finding a place with good reviews and a decent price. Luckily, we stumbled upon this gem. The location was fantastic, being close to the metro station and within a short walk to all the main attractions. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The free Wi-Fi was also a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our time here. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

During my xmas stay, I enjoyed two things offered by the hotel which were the comfortable shower and the clean room. the hotel is located in an ideal position, making it easy to walk to cafes, restaurants and the city center. I appreciated the friendly restaurant manager, who was always willing to help us with any request we had.

There were some unpleasant experiences, such as the inconsistent water temperature and low pressure in the shower, making it difficult to clean the shampoo from my hair. the pillows and the mattress had an unpleasant odor.
