The location was super convenient, as it was near St Isaac's Cathedral and in the centre of town. The room was cozy and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. The staff at the reception were very helpful and made the check-in process smooth. The view from the room was fabulous, overlooking the roofs of the city. a pleasant experience.

The elevator being broken throughout the stay was a disappointment.

We loved how kind and helpful the hotel staff were. They gave us great tips on where to go and what to see, which was very helpful. the breakfast offered a good variety and was very tasty. We especially appreciated the fact that they had complimentary luggage storage which made our departure day much easier. Lastly, the location was unbeatable as it was right in the heart of the city, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance.

Despite the good things, it was quite noisy at night. We had trouble sleeping due to the noise from nearby restaurants and bars, which lasted until very late.

I was pleasantly surprised by the recently renovated property. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were well-equipped with new amenities. The highlight for me was the incredibly comfortable bed, which ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, I appreciated the heated tile floors in the bathroom, a nice touch that added an extra level of comfort. The staff were generally helpful and could speak multiple languages. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with all major attractions within walking distance. The room itself was immaculate, with new furniture and a great bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities were provided. great value for money!

I got great value for my money at Gutenberg. The room was simple but clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with a nearby metro station and plenty of bars and restaurants around. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is more variety of food options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in process was super smooth, and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful. The room, although on the smaller side, was cozy and clean. The hotel facilities were recently renovated and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to a subway station. Additionally, the breakfast provided a variety of options and the staff were friendly.
