During my New Year stay, I was impressed by the high standard of cleanliness in the hotel. The staff was accommodating and allowed me to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, they organized a private tour of the city, allowing me to see all the attractions conveniently. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

I did find a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the prices seemed to be on the higher side compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel's location is very convenient, near the city center and main square, with plenty of nearby restaurants. Our room had a lovely sea view and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff exhibited kindness and politeness throughout our stay. Additionally, the swimming pool had a private atmosphere and the gym was free to use with a small fee for the pool. a great experience.

I stayed at Lotte Hotel for a week while exploring Vladivostok. The staff provided a warm greeting and the concierge was incredibly helpful. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The reception staff and concierge spoke excellent English and were able to arrange a taxi for me quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, I had an amazing travel experience with Lotte Hotel's travel agent partner, Guarant-Travel Corporation. They went above and beyond to provide VIP hospitality and unique experiences, including attending an Ice Hockey game from a VIP box.

The location was convenient, within walking distance of most major attractions in the city.
