We had a great experience at the hotel. The location was perfect - not right in the town center, but still close enough to easily access many sights and attractions. The views from the restaurant and lobby were fantastic, especially from the 7th floor. The staff were friendly and responsive, and our deluxe double room with a river view was clean, modern, and had a stunning view of the city. we felt it was a value for money experience.

The service provided by the staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast offers a wide selection of food, including a delicious curd cake. The hotel also boasts an amazing view of the Neva River and the city's landmarks.

There is a lack of English speaking waiting staff in the restaurants, which can sometimes make communication difficult for non-Russian speakers.

We had an amazing stay at this venue. The location was perfect, right in the city center and the view from the room was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room had all the amenities one could ask for; including heating, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a sitting area. The restaurant served buffet breakfast with many choices and the staff was really helpful and talked in English. The wi-fi in the room was fast and reliable.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The hotel's location was unbeatable - right in the center of all the action, near lively bars and restaurants, and just a stone's throw away from the subway entrance. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with printing my tickets and providing useful information about the city. The room was great, and despite being facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet and I had a peaceful sleep every night. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the daily room cleaning service was thorough and respectful of my personal belongings. The breakfast provided was more than enough, with a variety of options including fresh juice, coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. a fantastic experience.

A riverside room here is crucial to a full picture of this great city. The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking the Neva River. The location was convenient, with good bus and tram connections to explore the city. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff at the front desk were attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel also had good Wi-Fi and ample hot water. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Saint Petersburg.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! As young holiday goers, we were thrilled with the huge and awesome breakfast spread, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day right. The fantastic view from our river-facing room was simply breathtaking, especially at night with the beautiful bridges and churches in the background. The service to our room was incredibly prompt, making us feel well taken care of. Lastly, being very close to Finlandsky railway station was incredibly convenient for our travels.
