We were warmly greeted at the airport with a private transfer. Our driver, Maxi, was friendly, spoke excellent English, and shared valuable local tips. The hotel staff, especially Irina and Vlada, were helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with a supermarket and cafes nearby. The beach was within walking distance and offered a beautiful backdrop of mountains. The hotel provided a free shuttle, but we enjoyed the short walk. Water sports were also enjoyable. The hotel offers a reliable and honest taxi service with Sergei, who took us on excursions and even provided complimentary waiting time. we had a pleasant stay and recommend Sergei for transportation needs.
