The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation such as the Metro and tram stops. It made getting around the city very convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, offering multiple room options for us to choose from. The service provided was pleasant and helpful. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, with comfortable twin beds and the necessary facilities like boiling water. The hot water in the shower was excellent, providing a very comfortable bathing experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in St Petersburg that exceeded all of my expectations. the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was right in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the train station and metro, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, it was situated right next to the largest shopping mall in St Petersburg, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. the hotel's location was also a key advantage, as it was conveniently located near a shopping mall and within walking distance to many popular landmarks in the city. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit attractions like the Hermitage and the Church of Savior on Blood.

I was disappointed with the level of service at the hotel. the staff seemed rude and unhelpful, often dismissing my questions and requests without even letting me finish speaking.
