The hotel had a great location, close to key landmarks and attractions. It made it easy for us to explore the city and make the most of our city trip. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing environment after a long day of exploring.

One aspect that we didn't like was the lack of loyalty, building. We stayed for a long period of time, but when we asked for a special offer or gesture as a thank you, we were not accommodated.

The location is conveniently located in the historic heart of Moscow, making it easy to explore all the major sites on foot. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I had a very enjoyable stay and I will definitely make Intercontinental my regular hotel whenever I'm in Moscow.
