During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the comfortable rooms and the amazing breakfast spread. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed for a cozy holiday, and the bed was super comfortable too. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, from meats and salads to pancakes and fruits. It was the perfect start to my day.

In terms of negatives, the check-in process was a bit slow and I initially was given a standard room instead of the superior room that I had booked. This was a bit frustrating and I expected better service in this regard.

As a tourist, I loved the very large rooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and good ventilation. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bathrooms had bathtubs. The hotel offered an excellent VIP breakfast in a beautiful light-colored dining room, and I appreciated that I could also enjoy the breakfast in my room if I wanted to. The hotel's location near a direct metro line to Red Square and the Kremlin was very convenient. I also enjoyed visiting the nearby castle and exploring the market for great bargains. The hotel had shopping options nearby, including KFC and Burger King. There were also a cafe, sushi bar, pizzeria, hairdresser, and drugstore available. And for those looking for nightlife, the hotel had a night club.

Felt really like home, no complaints at all.

The view from our room was outstanding, and we were able to open the window to let in fresh air. the hotel provided excellent transportation options and was conveniently located near shops and amenities.
