During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. , the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was situated in the heart of the city and near a shopping mall. One more advantage was the free Wi-Fi, which worked well throughout our stay.

The room was quite cold and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. the staff's lack of experience was noticeable, as their level of service could have been improved.
