During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was situated in the heart of the city and near a shopping mall.

the staff's lack of experience was noticeable, as their level of service could have been improved. while the hotel had its positive aspects, the drawbacks we experienced did detract from our overall enjoyment of our Christmas vacation.
