No negative aspects.

I had an amazing value for my money at this cozy hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a perfect bathroom with warm water and high pressure. The location was very central, right next to the metro station Dostoyevskaya, and the area felt safe with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of choices every day.

The food for breakfast could have had a greater variety over the week to make it more interesting for guests staying longer.

As a couple, we loved the great location of the hotel, just 2 minutes from the subway and in a central area. The rooms were spacious and had a full-size bathtub, which was a nice touch. The hotel also provided water tanks on each floor, which was convenient as drinking tap water in Russia is not recommended. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the apartment, with windows facing the inner yard. The breakfast at the restaurant in the same building was surprisingly good, especially considering the low price. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for us.

J'ai vraiment apprécié l'emplacement de la maison, qui est très élégante. Les équipements sont modernes mais très pratiques. C'était ma première expérience de séjourner dans une villa avec les propriétaires en tant qu'hôtes. Une famille gréco-anglaise fantastique. Je les voyais presque jamais, ils sont très discrets mais à chaque moment, j'ai ressenti leur hospitalité. Ma partie de la maison était privée et je pouvais me détendre et travailler en ligne. Tout était très propre et neuf. Et la prochaine fois, je serai heureux de renouveler mon expérience.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, with two metro stations nearby and the famous "shoe" street just around the corner. It was easy to explore this city and visit all the attractions, including being close to the North capital of Russia. The breakfast served in the well-designed restaurant downstairs was varied and delicious.
