The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. the room was spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was delicious with a good selection of items.

The hotel was very noisy at night, with loud music that kept us awake. the room smelled strongly of smoke despite being a non-smoking room.

The hotel is located in the best area of the city, close to the center of Moscow and to the Kurskij railway station. It is also situated in the historical center of the city, providing easy access to major attractions. The suite rooms are spacious, clean, and offer a self-catering option. The staff is friendly and helpful, speaking good English.

Some guests experienced issues with the minibar not being correctly stocked everyday.

Spacious suites, good facilities, great base for exploring Moscow, close to Metro, comfortable bed, good bathroom.

This hotel is exceptional. the staff were extremely friendly and professional, going above and beyond to fulfill my exclusive amenities needs. the spacious rooms were equipped with high, end kitchenware and exclusive facilities. the breakfast was amazing, with a good selection of food and available till noon on Sundays.

One minor negative point about this venue was the SPA personnel not being as friendly to hotel guests as they could have been. I had to request towels, slippers, and lockers as they were not readily available in the Spa area.
