As a budget traveler, I loved the friendly staff and their warm hospitality. The hotel is located in a convenient and quiet central area, just a short walk from major attractions. The free and fast Wi-Fi, along with excellent room service and delicious food, made my stay even more enjoyable. it was great value for money.

I had a nice and comfortable stay at Mercure. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The bed and pillow were comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was good and I also enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant for dinner. The atmosphere in the lobby bar was also very nice. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Moscow Paveletskaya. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a main rail station and metro. The nearby street life area was vibrant with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The hotel room was spacious and despite the lack of a view, the large daylight window made it feel bright and inviting. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well presented, and the staff were polite and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the hotel's spacious rooms and friendly staff. the location was also a key factor for us, as we were within walking distance of public transportation and a lively street with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. we appreciated the well-presented and varied breakfast buffet.

We had some issues with the room service, as the phone wasn't working properly and our food arrived cold. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were bright, stylish, and had floor-to-ceiling windows, which provided a pleasing view. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a modern shower. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was in the city center and within a 30-minute walk to Red Square. Additionally, there was a pedestrian street nearby with a great selection of restaurants. The staff were exceptional, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.
