The hotel was up to European standards with excellent service. the rooms were comfortable, had excellent noise insulation, and the bed was very nice. the hotel was located in a prime location close to historic sites and entertainment.

Some customers experienced problems with laundry service. Staff was unprofessional, mismanaged customer claims, and might not have provided a proper alternative solution.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to explore the main pedestrian zone easily and take in the sights and sounds of this beautiful city. The staff were amazing, they spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. We had to catch a train and needed a taxi quickly, and they organized one for us within just 3 minutes! The service was top-notch.

This hotel is perfect for families, as well.
