The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Moscow Expo Centre and a free shuttle service. The staff made us feel welcome and were helpful, despite the language barrier.

The staff, although with limited English proficiency, made us feel welcomed and were very helpful, even calling multiple times to assist us with our delayed luggage. Had a wonderful Christmas stay at a hotel in a quiet area with plenty of local amenities at no more than a 10-min walk. The hotel had a pool and a gym with basic equipment but it was just enough for a great workout. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and easily accessible.

The bedding could have been better, two small beds combined to make a king was uncomfortable. The breakfast selection was good but the dining area felt overcrowded at times.
