We had a fantastic stay at Marriott Grand Hotel! The interiors of the hotel are simply stunning, giving off a regal vibe that exceeded our expectations. The lobby had a pleasant fragrance, adding to the overall luxurious ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. When we realized our booked superior room didn't match the website description, they promptly upgraded us to a deluxe room free of charge. The location of the hotel is superb, and the streets are particularly beautiful during the winter nights.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the staff ensuring that the rooms were always clean and toiletries replenished daily. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated close to the Mayakovskaya Metro station and right in the center of the city, which was especially convenient during my visit in December. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food for every taste.

Great location, clean and classic designed room. I was pleased with the early check-in at 10am. Marriott's service has significantly improved, starting from check-in. The hotel management prepared a plate of fruit in our room, a pleasant gesture. The staff provided excellent service, especially Dana and Tanya. The dinners in the executive lounge were enjoyable, with a wide selection of drinks and fruits. The spa with pool and gym helped us make the most of our stay. The Piano Bar in the lobby was also a highlight.

Location was very convenient, being close to the main sights and attractions. The hotel's facilities were also impressive, with a gym, pool, spa, and bar all available for use. And the staff were generally helpful and friendly.

And the price for breakfast was quite high. Additionally, the hotel seemed to be understaffed during the busy holiday season, which resulted in longer waits and less attentive service.

We had a great romantic escape and enjoyed the complementary wine and chocolates offered in the room upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk to many restaurants and attractions. The view from our room was stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunset over the city.
