Amazing location near Red Square, with easy access to Tsum Mall and Gum Mall, Metro stations, and Cafe Dr. Zhivago. The hotel is luxurious with comfortable beds and traditional Russian elegance. Staff is helpful and can assist with visa applications and provide airport transfers. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options.

The hotel is located right in front of Red Square, making it extremely convenient for visiting the most famous museum in the city. It is also down the embankment, providing a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food for breakfast.

The power outlets in the rooms are not easily accessible, as they are often hidden behind furniture.

We were blown away by the mind-blowing upgrade to our rooms, which included a jaw-dropping historic suite with antique furniture and a super comfy bed that gave us an amazing sleep. The view and location were unbeatable, and the staff provided awesome service from a warm welcome at reception to helpful concierges. The hotel's restaurant and attached restaurant were both excellent, serving tasty food and offering 24-hour availability. We had a truly unforgettable time!

Being directly across the street from the Kremlin, Red Square, and Gum made exploring the city so convenient. I also appreciated the historic charm of the hotel, adding to the overall experience. The concierge service was exceptional, as they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I had requested a room with a view of the Kremlin, and they delivered with a stunning suite that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The staff even went the extra mile by opening up a side room to accommodate everyone during a busy morning. my stay at Hotel National was almost perfect, with these exceptional features making it an unforgettable experience.

My stay here was lovely. The exclusive amenities provided in the room met my luxurious needs. The attentive service and private facilities in the venue made my stay even more comfortable. Furthermore, the location advantage was unbeatable, and I had easy access to the city's shops and sights.

The soundproofing in the room was not very good. Despite this, I had a peaceful stay and was not disturbed by outside noise.

Our stay was amazing, the breakfast was hearty, with a wide variety of options, and the room service was quick. The location was perfect, we were able to visit many tourist spots and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and we also got two complementary items that was a nice surprise. The pool was also a great addition to our stay.
