The river view was breathtaking and the hotel's modern style decoration was very pleasant to the eyes. the location was also perfect, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. the room was spacious and clean.

We booked an airport shuttle service that never came, leaving us stranded at a small airport with no alternative transportation. the housekeeping could have done a better job too.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a perfect choice! The location was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the river right outside my window. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking fluent English and ensuring that all my needs were met. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the free Wi-Fi, as well as the ironing facilities and dressing area provided. The 24/7 room service was also a great bonus, ensuring that I could enjoy a meal or snack at any time of the day.

In terms of improvements, I did notice a couple of minor issues during my stay. the breakfast buffet could have been better.

Had a great stay at Novotel! Stayed for a week, and the room had a perfect view of the Severnaya Dvina River. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. Conveniently located next to a shopping center. Easy and cheap to reach from the airport on bus No.12. Delicious breakfast with tasty coffee.
