My recent stay at Novotel was fantastic. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and shopping areas. The room was modern, clean, and well-maintained. I was delighted to find a well-stocked minibar and a safe in the room. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I had a wonderful experience at Novotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ekaterinburg.

I recently stayed in a hotel near the famous sites where the Romanovs were massacred. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Church of Spilt Blood and the Cathedral on the Blood. It also had easy access to the city center. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering both Russian and Western options. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym and spa.

There was some noise from nearby construction work during the week.

Great hotel experience! the staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. I really appreciated having a bar and restaurant on site. the hotel location was perfect for business-travelers, close to the city center and accessible with public transport. the breakfast was amazing, with many options to choose from. I also enjoyed the gym and spa facilities, well-equipped and well-maintained.

The Wi-Fi connection in my room was not very good, which made it difficult to work. However, this was resolved by using the wired connection available.
