This place is a great choice for a luxurious stay in Kazan. The location in the old center is perfect, offering easy access to all the main attractions. The service here is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room amenities are top-notch, from the mini-bar to the sitting area and in-room desk. The housekeeping is excellent, keeping everything clean and tidy. I especially appreciated the free toiletries and slippers provided, adding a touch of luxury to the experience.

This hotel is highly recommended for families as well.

Great location near public transportation and restaurants. the rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. the breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from.

The staff were not very friendly and seemed disinterested in helping us when we had questions. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to work or stay in touch with family back home.

The breakfast spread was delicious and fulfilled all my cravings. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
