I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is superb - it's very close to the Moscow station, making it convenient for travelers. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. And the rooms, with a double bed, were clean and had all the basic amenities one would need. Lastly, the breakfast included was a great bonus.

Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

The hotel is well-located in the center of the city with easy access to transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and had all of the necessary amenities, including a good Wi-Fi connection. the hotel offered a complementary breakfast which was a nice touch.

We had a terrible experience during our stay over the New Year. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely unprepared for the cold weather and our room was freezing.
