The rooms are spacious and modern with a beautiful mountain view. The beds are comfortable and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. The facilities, including the indoor pool and sauna, are a nice bonus. The hotel also surprised us with a birthday cake and a bottle of wine in our room. a highly recommended place to stay.

I had an amazing stay here at the hotel. The rooms were absolutely awesome - spacious, clean, and with modern furniture. The large bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was a highlight too, with a separate shower cabin, a bath, and a breathtaking view of the mountains. The staff were fantastic, always professional, polite, and affable. I must mention how impressed I was with the lady at the reception who went above and beyond to help me when I realized I had left my documents in the room. She arranged for a delivery guy to send them to another city! It truly shows their dedication to excellent service. I can't wait to come back to this place.

We had an amazing family vacation in the heart of the mountains. the spacious and modern rooms offered breathtaking views. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the great breakfast provided a delicious start to our day.

One downside was that the hotel is a little bit far from the main touristic infrastructure. However, there is a free cableway to Gorki gorod, which helps.

The hotel has amazing views of the Caucasus mountains. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is generous and thought through. The spa is dreamy with options to adjust hammam temperature and has skilled therapists for massages and face treatments.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in the west-Caucasus! The hotel is situated in the midst of the breathtaking Caucasus mountains, providing a stunning view. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The service from the staff was friendly and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast at the Sparx restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The indoor pool, jacuzzis, and saunas were a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.

There were some minor maintenance issues in our room, such as damaged plaster on the walls and ceiling.

Some areas of the hotel need a bit of an upgrade, and the staff was not always responsive to our requests. the transportation to the hotel was not very frequent, so we had to rely on expensive taxis to get around.
