Cute rooms, one of the cutest rooms I have stayed in. Great breakfast buffet, with a variety of options. Good English-speaking receptionists. Superb location, convenient for exploring the city. Helpful and friendly staff, always ready to assist.

Some communication issues with the wait staff in the restaurant, especially for those who don't speak English or other languages. Waiting for 20 minutes for an order that never arrived, which made us late for a tour.

The hotel also provided free wi-fi and parking, which was a great convenience. this venue exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to our friends. The only downside was that the heating was on during our visit, so we lacked air conditioning. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ekaterina who assisted us with visas and room information. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options, including fantastic porridge. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bed was very comfortable.
