Cute rooms, one of the cutest rooms I have stayed in. Great breakfast buffet, with a variety of options. Good English-speaking receptionists. Superb location, convenient for exploring the city. Helpful and friendly staff, always ready to assist.

Some communication issues with the wait staff in the restaurant, especially for those who don't speak English or other languages. Waiting for 20 minutes for an order that never arrived, which made us late for a tour.

I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in St Petersburg. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging transportation for us. The restaurant had delicious food, and the spa was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The location was convenient, not too noisy but still close to all the sights. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch.

From the minute we arrived at this place, we were blown away by the level of luxury and comfort it provided. The location on the river in the heart of the city is superb, allowing us easy access to many sightseeing spots. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they treated us like VIPs and even acted as our amazing guide. The room amenities were impressive, with everything we could possibly need including ironing facilities, mini-bar, and free toiletries. The hotel also provided free wi-fi and parking, which was a great convenience. this venue exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to our friends. Go on, treat yourself to a truly amazing experience!

The only downside was that the heating was on during our visit, so we lacked air conditioning. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The hotel exudes charming elegance, with a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere. The spa is beautiful, and there is a library/lounge on the fifth floor with an extensive book collection. The restaurant attached to the hotel is convenient and serves delicious, reasonably priced food. The hotel is within walking distance of main streets, making it easy to explore the city.
