Our stay at this hotel was great. It is conveniently located in the very centre of the city, just a short walk from the major sights and close to the metro. The rooms were well presented and the bathrooms were lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate, and most of them spoke good English. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious food. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the great air conditioning in the rooms.

There was ongoing construction work during our stay, which was a bit disruptive and unpleasant.

Had a great stay at a boutique hotel with a perfect location near the Red Square. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing efficient service and printing out tickets. Although the room was noisy due to construction works, the welcoming atmosphere and exemplary service made up for it. The breakfast, while delicious, could be served faster in the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was amazing, they really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. the room was also very comfortable and clean, perfect for a weekend getaway. One of the best aspects was the location, it was so close to all the top attractions we wanted to visit.

The air conditioning, which was difficult to regulate. However, the staff did their best to help and fix the issue.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. the staff was attentive and fulfilled all our needs, including exclusive amenities such as a private spa and fitness center. the room advantages were outstanding, with high-quality bedding and stylish decor. the location was advantageous, with stunning views of the nearby landmarks.

The only minor downside was the breakfast, which lacked variety. the private facilities more than made up for it.
