The reception and restaurant staff are kind and helpful. The hotel offers a swimming pool, sauna, and spa, which is a rare find in Moscow city center. The swimming pool is bigger than it appears in the photos and provides a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring. this hotel exceeded all expectations.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance such as the Red Square. I loved having coffee at the nearby coffee shop restaurant, while enjoying the view of fish swimming around in a fountain. The hotel itself was impressive, with a beautiful castle-like building. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had high-quality products. The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with freshly made-to-order omelettes as one of the highlights.

I did find the outside noise from neighboring bars and restaurants a bit bothersome at times.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, fluent in English. Facilities including pool were a real oasis on hot day. Good value, highly recommend.

Modern metropolis with technology and WiFi everywhere. Beautiful city with contrasting buildings illuminated day and night. One of the most stunning towns globally.

I had an unexpected family emergency and the front desk at Hotel Savoy Moscow went above and beyond to assist me. They handled all the arrangements with professionalism and made my stressful situation so much easier. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious with live piano performance. Despite a few small drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel. I had a great stay at Hotel Savoy Moscow and would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great part of the city, just a short walk from the famous Kremlin. The hotel itself was a stunning building with beautiful attention to detail, from the luxurious marble heated bathroom floors to the elegant wooden furnishings in the lobby. The staff were friendly and always eager to assist, even with the occasional language barrier. I especially enjoyed interacting with Sergey, the entertaining bartender. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options, including some bubbly. a fabulous experience at the hotel.

The only minor setback was slow room service, which was taking a bit long time in delivering the order. this hotel provides excellent service, luxury, and comfort for those who want to spend a lavish stay.

loved the central location and proximity to famous sites in Moscow, as well as the option to explore quieter areas. Staff was attentive and breakfast was outstanding. Can't wait to come back with my family!
