This venue's grand history is visible in the carefully restored decor, especially in the charming old wing. The room was fantastic, with exclusive amenities like a terrace and an espresso machine. The top-class cuisine uses fresh, local ingredients and the service is impeccable. Beach access through the beautiful park is only a 3-minute walk away, adding to the convenient location.

The tap water needs to be improved, which isn't something exclusive to this hotel. However, this minor issue didn't affect the luxurious experience.

The hotel facilities are modern and clean. the staff is friendly and helpful. the location is great, just a few steps from the beach, with beautiful views of the sea, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the breakfast and spa are some of the best I have experienced in a hotel.

The hotel lacks soundproofing, and noise from the street and the lounge music made it difficult to sleep at night. the hot water in the shower was also not consistent and was either scalding hot or lukewarm.

Beautiful park setting, steps away from the sea. Amazing views from room and terrace. Comfortable room with stylish furniture. Friendly and professional staff. Perfect cuisine, especially during the Beaujolais wine celebration. Best hotel on the Baltic Russian coast. Charming atmosphere, well-behaved guests. Nice spa complex. Ideal location near the Blue Flag beach and sea view promenade. Lovely beach, great spa, and good WiFi.
