There were some issues with housekeeping and beach services, with long wait times for room availability and a shortage of umbrellas on the beach.

Our recent stay at Swissotel Kamelia in Sochi was absolutely wonderful. From the perfect location to the outstanding rooms and facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. The beach was well-equipped and the view was stunning. The Swiss bakery on site was a delightful addition, and the breakfast with freshly squeezed juices was a real treat. The staff at the beach and the spa were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for a truly 5-star experience.

We enjoyed the beautiful location, with access to a private beach and great views of the sea. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. On top of that, the hotel provided excellent food and drink options.

The hotel's customer service left a lot to be desired. We experienced long wait times for check-in and found the staff to be dismissive and unhelpful.

The hotel was a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with various treatments to choose from. The swimming pool was sublime and the private facilities were a definite highlight. The hotel's location advantages were perfectly situated near a beautiful area with a private beach that was perfect for relaxation.

The service could have been improved, as there were times when staff were not readily available. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from the overall luxurious experience.

The recent renovations showcase comfortable rooms with good quality furniture. The food served at the hotel is enjoyable and the open-air heated pool is a cool perk. The friendly and positive staff, particularly Anna Popova from reception, made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.
