We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of the hotel, just a short walk away from the city center. The interior design was classy and the facilities were modern and clean. The restaurant offered a great selection of dishes, including a mix of traditional Russian and Western cuisine. The service at our table, provided by Elena, was remarkable - quick and attentive to our needs. Despite some minor issues like noise from the outside and a few mosquitoes, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was decent and the staff had a good attitude towards customers. the location was convenient, with a metro station nearby and a 24-hour shop at walking distance. the heating system was working fine.

The negative experience I had for my New Year stay was a major letdown. the hotel did not provide any special arrangements for the guests.
