Our romantic escape was made even more special by the luxurious and comfortable room. The beds were perfect for a good night's sleep and the pillows and duvets added to the cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even organized a private visit to a sight we were interested in, which we couldn't find information about online. Furthermore, the hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of key attractions such as the Hermitage and St Isaac's Cathedral.

Although our overall experience was great, I did find the shower to be a bit problematic as water would spill out, making the floor slippery. Additionally, while the hotel offered spa services, I felt that the massages could be improved, perhaps by developing therapeutic massages catered to travelers.

The location is excellent and the hotel is modern and sophisticated. The highlight for me was the amazing breakfast served by the famous restaurant Cococo. The quality of the food and the service really stood out. I also appreciated the comfortable bed in my room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although my stay was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast was only served until 10:45 am, which was not very convenient for late risers.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The location was simply perfect, right in the heart of the historic city and within walking distance of all the major sights. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities provided were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their English was very good. The breakfast served was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations in all aspects.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the friendly staff who always greeted us kindly and were eager to help with any questions we had. the location is also great, with easy access to key tourist attractions and public transportation. the room was comfortable and the open bathroom with a separate toilet was a nice touch.

The selection was too limited, and the a la carte options did not improve the experience. I would recommend skipping breakfast altogether and ordering from the menu instead.

Recently stayed at So/ in St Petersburg for a few days, fantastic experience. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views and the breakfast was delicious. The spa facilities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly attentive and polite. The location is perfect, with major attractions like St. Issac Cathedral and the Winter Palace within walking distance. Also, plenty of dining options nearby, catering to different tastes. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke excellent English. a great stay with excellent service and amenities.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, fulfilling all my luxurious needs with exclusive amenities in the room. The Spa & wellness centre was just what I needed after a long day of exploring the city. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing experience. Additionally, the location advantages were on point, with many tourist attractions nearby.

Although my stay was impeccable, I encountered only one minor issue. The service was great except for the cleaning staff, who tended to forget to replace towels in the bathroom.
