I had a great experience at the hotel. the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Despite our limited English and non-existent Russian, they were able to communicate effectively. the hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near a main train station, making it easy to access from the airport.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
