Clean room, great WiFi, prompt airport pick up. Helpful staff, even made me a late dinner. No need for air-conditioning, perfect weather. Limited TV channels but can cast from phone. Good place to stay!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with basic comforts. Decent breakfast with a pleasant restaurant. Excellent location near town and restaurants, easy to find. Rooms with balcony have no AC but not a problem when weather is nice. Noisy if near roadside, works next door temporary. Nice room, clean bathroom. Continental breakfast with variety. Modern rooms compared to others. Pleasurable stay for a higher price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my Xmas stay. They offered a discount which was appreciated and the rooms were clean and had hot water. the location was ideal for exploring the city center.

The rooms were a bit small and one of our team members had to be accommodated in another hotel due to the lack of space. the room facing the parking lot lacked natural light which made the room feel a bit claustrophobic.

Our stay at 5 Swiss was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived early, making sure we were comfortable and offering us food and drinks. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The WiFi was great and the airport pick-up was prompt. Despite not having air-conditioning or a fan in our room, the weather was pleasant enough that we didn't need them. I highly recommend this hotel.
