I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the Rwandan women at the front desk. They went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The hotel itself was well-equipped with good facilities, including rooms with international plugs. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for those attending the conference center.

Although there were minor areas for improvement, overall, my stay at this hotel was great.

During my business trip, I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed. the hotel's location was also convenient for me as it was close to the convention center and other key areas. the rooms were tidy and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have more variety, and perhaps some pancakes as an option. while the hotel had its ups and downs, I had a decent experience staying there.
