During my New Year stay, I was pleased with the spacious and clean room that was equipped with all the necessary amenities. the friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better. Moreover, the hotel's key location made it convenient for me to explore the surrounding area easily.

On the downside, the breakfast options were not up to my expectations, leaving me with a bit to desire. Additionally, the hotel's distance from the city center was a slight inconvenience, and I had to rely on transportation to get there.

As a solo traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. They were always helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests, no matter how trivial or complex. The room was spacious and equipped with A/C, ensuring a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The king-size bed with high-quality linens and a comfortable mattress made for a restful sleep. I also appreciated the quietness of the room at night, allowing me to sleep soundly.

I felt very much at home during my stay at the hotel, and there was no reason for me to complain.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the food service was excellent throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Legacy Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The location was ideal, being close to the airport in the peaceful suburb of Remera. I could easily avoid traffic when going to and from the airport. The hotel provided free airport pickup, which was a convenient bonus. The staff were the best part of my experience, as they were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Special mention to Emmanuel, Megan, Fabilola, Joel, and Leoncie, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

They even provided me with a mobile phone to change my flight, allowing me to catch a last-minute evening flight. The water in the shower was hot and the water pressure was superb.

The morning meal could have been improved with a smoother ordering process, as the card system was not working. However, the available options were still very good.
