The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel like part of a family. The food was exceptional - healthy, delicious, and diverse. The Saturday/Sunday brunches were a highlight, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel itself was elegant and the reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful. we highly recommend Heaven Restaurant & Boutique for a wonderful stay in Kigali.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. Additionally, some of the facilities, like the pool, were quite far from the hotel, requiring a substantial walk.

The location of this hotel is great, with a couple of good restaurants nearby: Fusion and Heaven. It's also within walking distance of the city center, so it's convenient to explore. The rooms are clean and equipped with necessary amenities. The staff delivers excellent service and the breakfast is fantastic. Guests can enjoy the on-site pool and even Netflix in their rooms.

The noise from the busy road nearby can be quite bothersome.

I recently visited a boutique hotel in Kigali and had a pleasant stay. The hotel had modern and well-designed rooms with outdoor sitting areas and rain showers. The gym was well-equipped with a variety of machines and free weights. The breakfast menu offered a wide selection of delicious food, including a highly recommended Shakshuka. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

There were a few small issues during our stay. The TV in our room had no sound and there was a problem with water leaking from the bathroom.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. The location, just 100 meters up the street from the hotel grounds, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and a helpful and friendly staff who accommodated any request with a smile. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a spa & wellness center with a sauna and swimming pool. The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The hotel also offers a variety of beauty treatments, massages, and yoga classes for ultimate relaxation. The dining options were superb, with a restaurant offering delicious breakfasts and a bar/lounge area for evening drinks. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable.

The staff was top-notch, always super friendly and helpful. We were given two complimentary breakfasts during our stay which were really delicious. the location was perfect, in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main attractions. It was great to have access to a lovely outdoor seating area where we could relax, unwind and enjoy the nice weather.

The hotel was under renovation, so there were a few areas that weren't quite finished yet, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. the room we stayed in was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was still comfortable and had everything we needed.

I stayed at a family run hotel in a central and quiet neighborhood. The room was clean with comfortable mattresses. The hotel has a newer part with a pool and restaurant that I could access. The staff were attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The restaurants served amazing food and I appreciated that I could use all the facilities even if I wasn't staying in the boutique. the hotel exceeded my expectations and was great value for money.
