We had a fantastic breakfast and the location was great. the staff at Park Inn were friendly and the room met our expectations for a Radisson hotel. the shower had good pressure and was spacious, which was a plus. the hotel provided convenience with availability of cabs and a bureau de change service at the reception. Converting USD to Francs was easy.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kigali. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled on the hills of the city with a beautiful vista. The hotel was also conveniently close to a fantastic Indian restaurant called Khana Khazana, which made dining out a delight. The room was comfortable and cozy, providing a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering a range of options to start the day off right. the hotel provided a fantastic experience with its stunning location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms.

One minor downside was the lack of a heated pool, which would have been a nice extra touch.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by lush hills with a beautiful vista. It was such a treat to wake up to such a stunning view every morning. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to a fantastic Indian restaurant called Khana Khazana, so dining out was a breeze. The uphill walk to the city centre was also a great way to get some exercise and explore the surroundings.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast variety, well-equipped gym.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the pool area and the gym facilities. the pool was so refreshing and the gym had modern equipment. the hotel was situated in a convenient location near a shopping center and a few restaurants. It was great being able to easily explore the area. Lastly, the WiFi connection was strong and stable which allowed me to stay connected and productive.

The limited room service was very disappointing and inconvenient. the menu at the in-house restaurant was not diverse enough for my liking.

The views from our room were absolutely fantastic, especially during the evening. The serene and quiet environment was perfect for our visit during the commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi. The internet speed was fast, allowing us to easily stay connected. The breakfast provided was delicious and we also enjoyed a great dinner at the hotel. The staff, particularly Emmanuel, Moses, and the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their excellent service truly made our stay extra special. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.
