Great value for all inclusive, lovely food, friendly staff, quiet and spacious room, perfect for exploring the North.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location on top of a hill overlooking the city was breathtaking. We loved the fact that it was set in lush gardens, with two pools and a pathway leading directly to one of them. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family throughout our stay.

We stayed at a hotel with a great location, situated on a hill at the top of Castries. The views from our sea view room were breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jaffray who organized activities and trips. The all-inclusive food was excellent with a variety of choices. We enjoyed relaxing by the two pools and the spotlessly clean facilities.

We were disappointed by the lack of available sunbeds even though the staff did their best to accommodate everyone.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing enhanced comfort and relaxation. The facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, refreshing swimming pools, and stunning terraces with amazing views. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurants and bars, which were included in the all-inclusive package. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of service, comfort, and quality.

There were occasional issues with shortages of crockery and glasses, and the rooftop bar lacked sufficient cover during rainy weather.
