Helpful receptionist who is fluent in English and able to resolve issues effectively. Wonderful location at the top of Mt Titano, close to towers and museums. Wide variety of hot and cold breakfast dishes. Plenty of shops in the car-free part of the city.

I had a truly exceptional experience at a hotel located in a prime location. The breathtaking views from my room and balcony were simply incredible. I could see panoramic views from one tower, over the countryside, and back to the church. The hotel was conveniently close to two parking lots with discounted rates, making it easy to explore. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, always willing to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb location and stunning views.

The staff was welcoming and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The restaurant at the hotel, mentioned in the Michelin Guide, offers exceptional food and service. WiFi connection was reliable and sufficient for work purposes.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't have been better, as it was right in the heart of the historical center. I was able to easily walk to all the shops, museums, and castles. It was so convenient, especially since the shops stayed open until almost midnight. The staff at this place were exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room amenities were impressive, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and mini-bar added an extra level of comfort.

The room we had was small, poorly lit, and lacked sufficient plugs, which made charging devices inconvenient. The desk in the room was also cramped due to a radiator obstructing the space.
