The view from the room was impressive and the bed was comfortable. the staff was attentive and friendly. the location was great as it was not far from the beach and had easy access to many shops. It was impressive to see the beautiful decorations in the lobby area. the pool was also a plus and had great poolside service. the Christmas dinner was well-prepared and had some delicious dishes.

The check-in process was slow and confusing. the elevators were not working properly at times which caused long wait times.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches just a stone's throw away. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, and the housekeeping service is top-notch. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast served every morning. we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
