The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful. the location was convenient, with plenty of shops nearby and ample private parking. Additionally, the room size was good, and the reception staff were available 24/7 and spoke English and Arabic. the availability of shops, parking, and clean rooms made the stay enjoyable.

The shuttle service was unreliable, with delays and long waiting times both at the hotel and Haram. the carpets and mattresses were in poor condition and should be replaced.

Our family trip was delightful, and our quadrapule room at Al Rayyan Towers 1 was spacious and cozy. the helpful luggage assistance, secure private parking, and 24/7 bus service were convenient. the staff's English and Arabic proficiency, alongside the cleanliness and prime location near shops and eateries, added to our pleasant stay. the comfortable mattresses and pillows ensured a good night's sleep.
