I had a pleasant stay here! the room was spacious and well-kept, complete with toiletries and a coffee kettle. Room service was quick and friendly, especially Mustafa, who went out of his way to help us. the location is a plus—it’s just a bus ride to the Haram, and the regular public transport is pretty convenient!

It would be great if they could improve the cleanliness a bit; there were times I noticed the hallways weren’t spotless.

Very accommodating staff. During my stay, I misplaced my room key multiple times, testing their patience to superhero levels. Their friendliness and quick assistance every time made me feel like a clumsy secret agent in need of rescue.

Mustafa from room service was friendly and helpful, especially in the mornings. the staff were very professional, and the hotel was close to Al Haram with free bus transportation for prayers; the wifi was also speedy. 🌟 While some rooms had slightly small beds, overall, the experience was enjoyable and hassle-free.

The room had a cozy balcony with a nice city view, perfect for unwinding after a long day. As a beach lover, I felt a sense of calm and relaxation, imagining the waves just a stone's throw away.

I personally found the tobacco smell from the corridor a bit off-putting.
