Great location with room for improvement

I found the location of Emaar Royal Hotel to be fantastic, just a quick walk to Masjid Nabawi. The prompt service from staff and the delightful coffee and dates at the entrance were nice touches during my stay.

I particularly appreciated the cheerful service from Miss Nada during breakfast. The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, and the hotel’s location made it incredibly easy to access Masjid Nabawi.

Request a room on a lower floor during busy salah times to avoid waiting for the elevator. The location is convenient for quick access.

Extremely close to the ladies' entry and the room was spotless (seriously, great housekeeping! ). Staff was friendly, and they even presented us with a lovely fruit platter upon check-in. Location was truly convenient for everything!

Location is just a 3-minute walk to the ladies entrance of Haram! Room size was reasonable, and room service was excellent. Housekeeping made sure everything was clean, even during the busy Ramadan period.

The bathroom is outdated and needs revamping, especially the hairdryer. The breakfast options were basic and could definitely improve in variety and quality.

The hotel was fantastic, with a room that smelled amazing right when we walked in and plenty of wardrobe space for our family. We enjoyed relaxing in the common lounge area and taking advantage of the hot water available in the bathroom after a long day. Only issue was some flickering lights in the room, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience—definitely try the in-house dining options if you get a chance! 😊
