Convenient location, but food issues

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the stunning location, just a short walk from the mosque! Small touches like fresh fruit and tea in the room made my stay cozy.

Right off, I was wicked impressed by the staff—they made everything easy-peasy, especially with my last-minute requests. The breakfast spread was solid too, nice mix of local goodies. Yeah, the WiFi was a bit iffy and the elevators got packed, but the prime location near the mosque totally made up for it. If they can just sort out the internet, it’d be perfect!

The proximity to the mosque was fantastic, but the cleanliness was an issue, with mold in the bathroom and unresponsive housekeeping. The rudeness from some staff during requests detracted from the overall experience.

Location was on point, so close to the mosque. Amal at the front desk was super friendly, made checking in sharp-sharp! The room was a lekker size for us. Really enjoyed the comfy beds, had a good sleep after a long day of kuier and prayer.

The shower was a bit of a mission with low water pressure, but we managed. Just a bit annoying, ya know?

The drainage system in the bathrooms needs serious attention!!! The smell lingering from the bathroom was quite unpleasant!!! The room felt cramped for four adults, and the initial check-in delay was frustrating!!! More thorough maintenance is essential!!!

I recently stayed for nine nights and found the location convenient for visiting the mosque. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made my experience better. However, I did face an issue with the shower facilities, as the water flow was minimal. My family and I were pleased with the room service and the cleanliness of the hotel. The experience fell short of the expectations I had based on previous stays.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the great location close to the mosque. The staff were ready to assist and allowed me early check-in. I booked a standard room, but got a free upgrade to one with a view of the mosque, which was a nice surprise. I appreciated the quiet lounge area where I could relax with a cup of tea. Being from New York and single, I value convenience during my travels.

We stayed for a week, and the staff was super friendly, especially Renad and Ree'ad. The room was spacious with comfy beds and all the modern amenities you need. Breakfast had a nice variety, loved the local dishes! Just wish the WiFi in our room had worked better. The location near the ladies' entrance was just perfect!
