We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, very close to Haram. It was so convenient for us to go in and out, especially being near Gate 25 of Haram. This made it easy for the ladies in our group to visit Rayaz-Ul-Janna. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

During our recent stay at a hotel near the religious site, we had a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially for families, as there was a separate entry gate for women. This made it easier for elderly or disabled female family members to access the site.

The staff provided information and the lounge area with leather sofas was perfect for enjoying a hot cup of tea. The hotel's restaurant offered room service and had a great selection of international cuisine.

Oh, housekeeping was a gem! It took them 5 hours to bring fresh tea cups, only to offer to clean the ones we already used.

the breakfast was okay, although some items were not the best. their talented baker made up for it. the hotel had a convenient location near Masjid Nabawi, which was helpful especially if you are traveling with children or women. It was also near the women's gate. the hotel itself was a bit old, but it was comfortable and the staff, especially the housekeeper, were friendly and helpful. There was even a shopping center on the ground floor. it was a good experience.

The hotel's Arabian-style decoration created a warm and inviting atmosphere, which made me feel at home during my stay. The general areas, such as the lobby and the dining area, were elegantly furnished and well-maintained. As a senior traveler, accessibility is crucial for me, and I was delighted to find that the hotel provided easy access for seniors with ramps and elevators conveniently located throughout the property.

I would suggest better training for the hotel staff in dealing with senior guests. Although they were friendly and polite, at times, their response time could be improved.

We had an amazing stay at the Al Haram Rawda hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the Haram and the ladies entrance for Zyarat. This made it convenient, especially for families or those traveling with children. The staff was extremely supportive and allowed us to check in early at 01:15 PM, which was a great gesture. The hotel itself was well-maintained and had good facilities. We also appreciated the availability of free car parking and the option to use a free wheelchair. it was a wonderful trip and the hotel provided great value for money. We highly recommend Al Haram Rawda hotel for families.

My purpose of travel was to visit AlHaram, and Al Haram Hotel - Al Rawda was perfectly located for this, especially for the ladies gates. It was convenient for entering and exiting the city, and there were plenty of shops nearby for all visitor needs. The hotel was impressively clean in all areas, even the car parking area. The housekeeping staff were polite and attentive.

The hotel's location near the ladies side of the holy Masjid in Madinah was perfect for my family. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within the hotel's ground floor and the surrounding area.

We felt special during our stay and had no complaints at all.
