The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Haram. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating an early check-in without extra charges, which was impressive.

The internet was slow, which was frustrating. The room wasn't ready at check-in time, so we had to wait for it to be prepared.

Had a proper sound stay, la! The best bit was hearing the Athan from the speakers in the hotel, made it feel so special. Just the check-in process was a bit iffy, had to wait till 4 PM. Overall, dead comfy and clean, just a short walk to Haram!

The location is fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk to the prayer area. The rooms are modern and comfortable, equipped with a fridge and plenty of amenities like shampoo and body cream. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The soundproofing could be better. we heard outside noise from buses at night.

Request for a room on a higher floor to avoid the bus traffic noise and ensure quick access to the elevators during peak prayer times.

I had a pleasant stay here. The location made it easy to get to the prayer area, just a short walk. I appreciated the clean room and the welcoming staff, especially a gentleman named Mr Ahmed El Sayed who helped ensure my comfort. One morning, I enjoyed a welcome drink with Arabic coffee. The room had a great view. I felt connected to the local culture, hearing the daily call to prayer throughout the hotel. It added depth to the experience.

Had a braw time, especially thanks to Maram's cracking hospitality! She sorted out a wheelchair for my mum right on short notice. Only downside was the slow internet, but overall, a smashing stay!

I spent three nights in a cozy standard twin room, where I loved the welcome drink that really brightened my day. The hotel had nice spaces to chill out and unwind, especially the prayer area that was quite peaceful. Just a heads up, room cleaning could be quicker, but it didn't ruin my vibe at all! 😊

absolutely ghastly experience. the room was clearly not cleaned, dirty towels left behind. i can't believe i had to clean my own bathroom! talk about low standards. we woudl ve expected some sort of complimentary upgrade or at least a small gift for our troubles, but alas, none followed. one star would be too generous!
