Great Location, But Significant Cleanliness Concerns

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to my destination, making it convenient for my travels. the overall cleanliness was disappointing, particularly in the bathroom, which was not adequately maintained and lacked basic amenities. the check-in process was also frustratingly slow, adding to my unease during the stay.

I had a great experience at this hotel; it was very clean, and the furniture felt new. the buffet dinner was delicious and well-presented, and the staff, especially Mr Said Al Zahrani and Ahmed Elfakharanj, were incredibly professional and attentive, making my stay comfortable.
