The lobby felt chaotic, resembling a fish market!!! There are no major food chains nearby, which is inconvenient!!! Reception could be more helpful, especially in guiding guests to quieter waiting areas!!!

Man, that place coulda been better, but I ain't gonna lie, the staff was mad friendly. Housekeeping kept my room clean, and the shuttle bus was dope for getting to the Masjid. Waiting for the elevator was a whole thing though, they need more help at check-in, felt crowded. Wi-Fi was weak, too.

The shuttle service to Haram was super convenient and the 24/7 Wi-Fi worked perfectly for staying connected. The hotel had a large lobby that was great for hanging out before heading out, plus, there were nearby shops and a barber on the ground floor. I also loved the dedicated bus service which made our trips hassle-free.
